Before using the app “Manabu School”, please read these Terms of Use carefully. By using the app, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
제1조(적용) / Article 1 (Application)
본 약관은 사용자가 본 앱을 이용하는 모든 행위에 적용됩니다.
본 앱의 이용에 있어서는, 본 규약에 따르는 것으로 합니다.
These Terms apply to all activities related to the use of the App.
Users must comply with these Terms when using the App.
제2조(정의) / Article 2 (Definitions)
본 약관에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 다음과 같다.
The terms used in these Terms shall be defined as follows:
사용자 / User: 이 앱을 이용하는 개인.
An individual who uses the App.
콘텐츠 / Content: 본 앱 내에서 제공되는 학습 자료, 문제, 이미지 등.
Educational materials, exercises, images, and other content provided within the App.
서비스/서비스: 본 앱을 통해 제공되는 학습 지원 기능.
Educational and learning support functions provided through the App.
제3조(금지사항) / Article 3 (Prohibited Actions)
사용자는 본 앱을 이용할 때 다음과 같은 행위를 해서는 안됩니다.
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the App:
법령 또는 공서양속을 위반하는 행위.
Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
본 앱의 운영을 방해하는 행위.
Acts that interfere with the operation of the App.
무단 접근이나 변조를 시도하는 행위.
Attempts to hack, modify, or gain unauthorized access.
제4조(제공의 정지·중단) / Article 4 (Suspension or Interruption of the App)
본 앱의 개발자 및 판매자는 다음의 경우 사전 통지 없이 본 앱의 전부 또는 일부의 제공을 정지 또는 중단할 수 있습니다.
The developer and distributor of the App may suspend or discontinue all or part of the App without prior notice in the following cases:
시스템을 유지보수 점검하거나 갱신할 경우.
When performing maintenance or system updates.
지진, 화재, 정전, 천재 및 기타 불가항력으로 인해 제공이 어려운 경우.
In the event of natural disasters, power outages, or other force majeure events.
그 외, 제공이 곤란하다고 판단했을 경우.
When the developer otherwise deems it difficult to provide the App.App)
제5조(이용제한) / Article 5 (Usage Restrictions)
사용자가 다음 중 하나에 해당하는 경우 사전 통지 없이 앱의 사용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
If a user falls under any of the following, the developer may restrict the use of the App without prior notice:
본 약관의 조항을 위반한 경우.
Violation of these Terms.
부정행위가 인정된 경우.
Engagement in fraudulent behavior.
개발자가 이용을 부적당하다고 판단한 경우.
When deemed inappropriate by the developer.
제6조(면책사항) / Article 6 (Disclaimer)

본 어플의 개발자 및 판매자는, 유저간 또는 제3자와의 사이에 발생한 트러블, 손해등에 대해서 일절 책임을 지지 않습니다.
The developer and distributor shall not be liable for any disputes or damages arising between users or with third parties. -
학습 효과나 결과에 대해 보증하는 것은 아닙니다.
The App does not guarantee specific educational outcomes or learning results. -
본 어플의 내용이나 기능의 정확성・완전성에 대해서도 보증하지 않습니다.
The developer does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the App’s contents or functionality. -
이 앱에 표시되는 광고 내용에 대해 개발자는 정확성, 안전성, 유용성 등을 보증하지 않습니다.

The developer does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or usefulness of any advertisements displayed within the App.
제7조(서비스 내용의 변경) / Article 7 (Changes to the Service)
개발자 및 판매자는 사용자에게 통지하지 않고 본 앱의 내용을 변경 또는 제공을 중지할 수 있습니다. 이로 인해 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을지지 않습니다.
The developer and distributor may change or discontinue the App without prior notice, and shall not be liable for any resulting damages.
제8조(이용규약의 변경) / Article 8 (Amendment of Terms)
개발자 및 판매자는 필요에 따라 예고 없이 본 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경 후 본 앱의 이용을 계속한 경우는 변경 후의 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
The developer and distributor may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
제9조(통지·연락) / Article 9 (Notices and Communication)
통지나 연락은 원칙적으로 문의 양식 및 본 사이트를 통해 실시합니다. 발신 시 사용자에게 도달한 것으로 간주합니다.
Notices and communications will be made primarily through the inquiry form or the official website, and shall be deemed delivered at the time of transmission.
제10조(권리의무의 양도금지) / Article 10 (Prohibition of Assignment of Rights)
사용자는 본 앱의 모든 개발자의 서면 사전 승낙 없이 이용 계약상의 지위 또는 본 약관에 의거한 권리 또는 의무를 제3자에게 양도하거나 담보에 제공할 수 없습니다.
Users shall not, without the prior written consent of all developers of the App, assign or transfer their contractual position, rights, or obligations under these Terms to any third party, nor use them as collateral or security.
제11조(준거법·재판 관할) / Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
본 약관은 일본법에 준거합니다. 본 앱에 대해 분쟁이 발생한 경우에는 마쓰도 지방법원을 제1심의 전속적 합의 관할법원으로 합니다.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Matsudo District Court in the first instance.
제12조(광고 표시) / Article 12 (Advertisements)
이 앱은 제3자가 제공하는 광고를 게재할 수 있습니다.
광고는 배너 광고, 전체 화면 광고 또는 기타 형식으로 게재될 수 있습니다.
이러한 광고는 광고 게재 사업자의 책임에 있어서 제공되는 것으로, 광고 내용, 도착처 서비스, 상품등에 관해서, 개발자는 일절의 책임을 지지 않습니다.
또한 광고 게재와 관련하여 광고 게재 사업자가 단말기 정보, 식별자, 쿠키 등의 정보를 얻을 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인 정보 보호 정책을 참조하십시오.
사용자는 앱을 사용할 때 광고가 게재될 수 있음에 동의합니다. 통신 환경 등의 상황에 따라 광고가 표시되지 않을 수 있습니다.
The App may display advertisements provided by third parties.
Advertisements may be displayed in various formats, including banner ads, full-screen ads, or other formats.
Such advertisements are provided under the responsibility of the advertising providers, and the developer shall not be liable for the content of advertisements, linked services, or products.
In connection with advertisement delivery, advertising providers may collect device information, identifiers, cookies, or related data. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details.
By using the App, users agree that advertisements may be displayed. Please note that advertisements may not be displayed depending on network conditions or other factors.
