このプライバシーポリシーは、Manabu School（まなぶスクール）（以下「本アプリ」）が、ユーザーの情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明するものです。

This Privacy Policy explains how Manabu School (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) handles user information.

本アプリは 学習支援を目的としたアプリであり、原則として個人情報の収集を行いません。

The App is designed for educational purposes and does not collect personal information as a general rule.

本アプリは、プラットフォームやバージョンにより、広告が表示される場合と表示されない場合があります。
The App may display advertisements depending on the platform or version.

2. 広告および外部サービスの利用 / Advertising & Third-Party Services

Android 版（広告なし）

Android version (No Ads)

現在の Android 版では広告は表示されず、広告関連のデータは収集されません。

The current Android version does not display ads and does not collect advertising-related data.

将来、Android 版に広告機能を追加する場合には、本プライバシーポリシーを更新します。

If we add advertising features to the Android version in the future,
we will update this Privacy Policy.

iOS 版（広告あり）

The iOS version (With Ads)

iOS 版の本アプリでは、サービス継続のためにGoogle AdMob を使用して広告を表示する場合があります。

The iOS version of the App may display ads using Google AdMob to support continued service operation.

この場合、広告配信および同意管理のために
Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）が使用されることがあります。

In such cases, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) may be used to manage user consent.

3. 収集する情報 / Information We Collect

本アプリが直接収集する情報

Information collected by the App itself

本アプリは、原則としてユーザーの個人情報を直接収集・保存しません。

The App does not directly collect or store personal information as a general rule.

また、本アプリ自身が 広告識別子（IDFA や Google 広告 ID）を
独自に収集・保存することはありません。

The App does not independently collect or store advertising identifiers.

広告に関連して処理される情報（iOS 版のみ）

Information processed for advertising (iOS version only)

iOS 版で広告が表示される場合、以下の情報が Google により自動的に処理されることがあります。

  • 広告識別子（IDFA）

  • デバイス情報（OS バージョン、端末モデル、ネットワーク情報）

  • 広告の表示回数やクリックなどの広告関連データ

When ads are shown on the iOS version, Google may automatically process:

  • Advertising identifiers (IDFA)

  • Device information (OS version, device model, network info)

  • Ad-related usage data such as impressions and clicks

これらの情報は Google の広告配信および分析の目的で使用され、本アプリおよび開発者が独自に取得・保存することはありません。

These data are used by Google for advertising and analytics purposes, and are not independently collected or stored by the App or the developer.

​お問い合わせ時に提供をお願いする場合の情報

Information provided when contacting support

それ以外に、ユーザーからお問い合わせをいただいた際には、問題解決のため、以下の情報の提供をお願いする場合があります。

  • デバイス情報

  • 利用状況や発生している問題の内容

Additionally, when responding to your enquiry, we may ask you to provide the following information solely for support purposes:

  • Device information

  • Usage details related to the reported issue

これらの情報は お問い合わせ対応の目的のみに使用 され、第三者へ提供されることはありません。

Such information is used only to respond to support requests and is not shared with third parties.

4. 端末情報・利用データ / Device Information and Usage Data

学習の進捗や設定情報などの一部データは、ユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。

Some learning progress and settings are stored only on the user’s device.

これらのデータは外部サーバーに送信されず、開発者や第三者がアクセスすることはありません。

These data are not transmitted externally and are not accessible to the developer or any third party.

5. 同意管理（GDPR/EEA 対応） / Consent Management (GDPR/EEA)

欧州経済領域（EEA）のユーザーで、iOS 版を利用する場合、広告に関する同意が Google UMP を通じて求められることがあります。

For users in the EEA using the iOS version, consent for advertising may be requested via Google UMP.

  • 同意の取得・変更・撤回/Obtaining, changing, or withdrawing consent 

  • 非パーソナライズド広告の選択/Choosing non-personalized ads

All consent states are handled automatically by Google’s UMP SDK.

※ Android 版（広告なし）では、同意取得は行われません。
※ No consent process is required for the ad-free Android version.

6. 情報の使用目的 / Purpose of Use

ユーザー情報（Google が処理するデータを含む）は以下の目的に使用されます：

  • アプリおよびサービスの提供・品質向上

  • 利用状況や安定性の改善

  • 広告表示の最適化（iOS 版・同意がある場合）

  • 不具合や問い合わせへの対応

User-related information may be used to:

  • Provide and improve the App

  • Ensure app stability

  • Optimize advertising (iOS version only, with user consent)

  • Respond to support inquiries

7. 情報の共有 / Information Sharing

本アプリは、以下の場合を除き、情報を第三者へ提供しません。

  • Google AdMob / UMP（iOS 版広告配信のための自動処理）

  • 法令に基づく開示要請がある場合

  • ユーザーが明示的に同意した場合

This app will not provide information to third parties except in the following cases:

  • Google AdMob / UMP (automated processing for iOS ad serving)

  • When disclosure is required by law

  • When the user expressly consents

8. 追跡許可（ATT） / App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

iOS 14 以降では、広告識別子（IDFA）の利用前に Apple の
追跡許可ダイアログ（ATT） が表示される場合があります。

On iOS 14 and later, Apple's Allow Tracking (ATT) dialog may be displayed before the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) is used.

許可されると/ Once allowed：

  • より適切な広告が表示されます
    You'll see more relevant ads

拒否しても/ Even if you refuse：

  • アプリ機能はすべて利用できます
    All app features are available

  • 広告は引き続き表示されますが、個別最適化されません
    Ads will still be displayed, but will not be individually optimized.

​※ 現時点ではAndroid 版（広告なし）では ATT は使用されません。
*ATT is not currently used in the Android version (no ads).

9. セキュリティ / Security

本アプリおよび関連サイトは、ユーザー情報を保護するため、適切なセキュリティ対策を実施しています。
ただし、インターネット上の通信やデータ保存は完全に安全ではない可能性があることをご了承ください。
We implement appropriate security measures to protect user information.
However, please understand that no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is completely secure.

10. プライバシーポリシーの変更 / Changes to This Policy

本プライバシーポリシーは、運営上または法的要件に応じて、予告なく変更される場合があります。
重要な変更がある場合は、アプリまたは公式サイト上でお知らせします。
This Privacy Policy may be updated or revised without prior notice to comply with operational or legal requirements.
Significant updates will be announced through the App or the official website.
