本アプリ「まなぶスクール」をご利用いただく前に、この利用規約を必ずお読みください。アプリの利用により、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
Before using the app “Manabu School”, please read these Terms of Use carefully. By using the app, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

第1条（適用） / Article 1 (Application)

本規約は、ユーザーによる本アプリの利用に関する一切の行為に適用されます。
本アプリの利用にあたっては、本規約に従うものとします。

 

These Terms apply to all activities related to the use of the App.
Users must comply with these Terms when using the App.

第2条（定義） / Article 2 (Definitions)

本規約において使用する用語の定義は、以下の通りとします。
The terms used in these Terms shall be defined as follows:

  • ユーザー / User: 本アプリを利用する個人。
    An individual who uses the App.

  • コンテンツ / Content: 本アプリ内で提供される学習教材、問題、画像等。
    Educational materials, exercises, images, and other content provided within the App.

  • サービス / Service: 本アプリを通じて提供される学習支援機能。
    Educational and learning support functions provided through the App.

第3条（禁止事項） / Article 3 (Prohibited Actions)

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the App:

  • 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為。
    Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.

  • 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為。
    Acts that interfere with the operation of the App.

  • 不正アクセスや改ざんを試みる行為。
    Attempts to hack, modify, or gain unauthorized access.

第4条（提供の停止・中断） / Article 4 (Suspension or Interruption of the App)

本アプリの開発者及び販売者は、以下の場合、事前の通知なく本アプリの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができます。
The developer and distributor of the App may suspend or discontinue all or part of the App without prior notice in the following cases:

  1. システムの保守点検または更新を行う場合。
    When performing maintenance or system updates.

  2. 地震、火災、停電、天災その他の不可抗力により提供が困難な場合。
    In the event of natural disasters, power outages, or other force majeure events.

  3. その他、提供が困難と判断した場合。
    When the developer otherwise deems it difficult to provide the App.

第5条（利用制限） / Article 5 (Usage Restrictions)

ユーザーが以下のいずれかに該当する場合、事前の通知なく本アプリの利用を制限することができます。
If a user falls under any of the following, the developer may restrict the use of the App without prior notice:

  1. 本規約の条項に違反した場合。
    Violation of these Terms.

  2. 不正行為が認められた場合。
    Engagement in fraudulent behavior.

  3. 開発者が利用を不適当と判断した場合。
    When deemed inappropriate by the developer.

第6条（免責事項） / Article 6 (Disclaimer)

  1. 本アプリの開発者及び販売者は、ユーザー間または第三者との間に発生したトラブル、損害等について一切責任を負いません。
    The developer and distributor shall not be liable for any disputes or damages arising between users or with third parties.

  2. 学習効果や結果について保証するものではありません。
    The App does not guarantee specific educational outcomes or learning results.

  3. 本アプリの内容や機能の正確性・完全性についても保証いたしません。
    The developer does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the App’s contents or functionality.

第7条（サービス内容の変更） / Article 7 (Changes to the Service)

開発者及び販売者は、ユーザーに通知することなく、本アプリの内容を変更または提供を中止することができます。これにより発生した損害について一切責任を負いません。
The developer and distributor may change or discontinue the App without prior notice, and shall not be liable for any resulting damages.

第8条（利用規約の変更） / Article 8 (Amendment of Terms)

開発者及び販売者は、必要に応じて予告なく本規約を変更することができます。変更後に本アプリの利用を継続した場合は、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。


The developer and distributor may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

第9条（通知・連絡） / Article 9 (Notices and Communication)

通知や連絡は、原則としてお問い合わせフォームおよび本サイトを通じて行います。発信時にユーザーへ到達したものとみなします。


Notices and communications will be made primarily through the inquiry form or the official website, and shall be deemed delivered at the time of transmission.

第10条（権利義務の譲渡禁止） / Article 10 (Prohibition of Assignment of Rights)

ユーザーは、本アプリの開発者全員の書面による事前の承諾なく、利用契約上の地位または本規約に基づく権利もしくは義務を第三者に譲渡し、または担保に供することはできません。


Users shall not, without the prior written consent of all developers of the App, assign or transfer their contractual position, rights, or obligations under these Terms to any third party, nor use them as collateral or security.

第11条（準拠法・裁判管轄） / Article 11 (Governing Law and　Jurisdiction)

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、松戸地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。


These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Matsudo District Court in the first instance.
